
Wedding, Tiered and Fondant Cakes
General pricing and budgeting for wedding cakes:
A general rule of thumb is to multiply your guest count by $3.00, this will give you a reasonable estimate of your wedding cake cost.
If you don't have that much to spend there are still options for you, but they are fewer in number. The quality of the cake, fillings and icings are always the same, the price difference is attributed to the design work needed to achieve your particular design, the more advanced and time consuming, the more is added to the cost. One popular option is to choose a smaller Show Cake ( display ) and make up the difference in servings with a Kitchen Cake (this has the same cake, fillings and icings but without any elaborate design work)
We recommend a consultation 2-3 months prior to your event to discuss yor ideas.
Fountains or stands are available for rent. We require a $100.00 deposit which will be refunded, minus rental fees, if returned undamaged within 5 days after your event.
Wedding cakes are delivered free within the Kingston area (5 mile radius of the bakery). A delivery fee will be assesed for events beyond the immediate area.
Tiered and Stacked:
Tiered and stacked cakes start at $3.00/serving. Please contact us to discuss your ideas. We will consider any reasonable design ideas, however we are limited by copyright law as to some specific designs.
Fondant:
Fondant cakes start at $4.00/serving. Please call and schedule a consultation to go over your ideas.
Tiered, Stacked and Fondant designs are more involved and require 1-2 weeks advance notice.
